Welcome to my bio. I called NE GA my home for 47 years. With both personal and commercial lines insurance operations under my belt, I became proficient in the art of project management, mastering the methodology of Scrum, and coached others on the art of Business Analysis. I also threw my hat in the ring of public education, teaching 7th & 8th grade mathematics for a couple of years. In 2019, my spouse & I migrated to Panama City Beach to seek a better climate for our lifestyle. In 2026, my hobby of appraising vintage and retro became a reality when we launched the History Machine, a mobile retail shop. Look for us around PCB as we now offer appraisals, purchasing, and selling vintage personal properties like toys, housewares, and collectibles. And in 2026, I can also provide Real Estate services. I can explain the process of Selling and make the process of Buying comprehensible. I look forward to meeting you along this journey.
